Privacy policy.

The short version

When you send Acorivo a project inquiry, we use the details you provide to review your request, reply to you, and send an automatic acknowledgment. We don't sell your inquiry information or use it to send unsolicited marketing messages.

Information we collect

Through our contact form, we collect the name, email address, service selection, and project description you submit. If you email us directly, we receive the content of your message and your email address.

Our hosting and security providers may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser/request data, and spam-verification details, to deliver the site and help prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, discuss potential projects, maintain correspondence, and protect the contact system from misuse. Please don't include passwords, financial account information, medical information, or other sensitive personal data in your message.

Services that process information

Acorivo's website runs on Cloudflare Pages. Contact form submissions are handled by Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare Turnstile. Resend sends an inquiry notification to our business Gmail and an automatic confirmation to the email address you provide. Google processes the messages in our business Gmail inbox.

These services may process data under their own privacy and security practices. We do not intentionally include advertising trackers in the website's source files.

Retention and requests

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage potential business relationships, and satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations. There is no fixed deletion schedule at this time.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of contact information you've submitted by emailing [email protected]. We will review the request and respond as appropriate under applicable law.

Updates

If our website or data practices change, we may update this page and the date above.
